Terms & Conditions

Brisbane Home Buyers - The Clever Home Buyer Program & Coaching Services

These Terms & Conditions apply to all students and clients participating in The Clever Home Buyer Program and/or Private 1:1 Coaching services, delivered by Sheona Beach and Brisbane Home Buyers. By enrolling, you agree to the following:

1. Program Access & Licence

Upon enrolment, you will receive access to The Clever Home Buyer Program for 12 months, unless otherwise stated.
Access is for your personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or sold.
All materials, including videos, workbooks, and scripts, remain the intellectual property of Brisbane Home Buyers and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.

2. Payments & instalments

Payment is required in full at the time of enrolment, or via an approved instalment plan offered at checkout.
By choosing an instalment plan, you agree to complete the full payment commitment. Instalments are a convenience, not a subscription, and must be paid in full.
If a payment fails, access to the program and community may be paused until payment is brought up to date. Outstanding balances over 14 days may result in suspension or termination of access.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated.

3. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the program and instant access provided, refunds are not offered once login details have been issued or program access has commenced.
Refunds are only provided as required under the Australian Consumer Law (e.g. where services are not delivered as described or a major fault occurs).
Duplicate or mistaken multiple payments will be refunded in full once verified.
Participation in the program or coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to securing finance, purchasing a property, or achieving financial results.

4. coaching calls & cancellations

Coaching calls are booked via the online scheduling system.
Inner Circle clients are entitled to weekly group Q&A calls, with replays available inside the Community.
Private coaching clients may schedule 1:1 Focus Calls according to their package.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a call. Calls missed without notice (“no-shows”) may be forfeited.
All 1:1 sessions must be used within the access period (12 months unless otherwise agreed). Unused sessions expire at the end of this period and will not be refunded.
Calls may not be recorded or redistributed without written consent.

5. community guidelines

The Inner Circle Community is designed to be a safe, supportive space. Members agree to:

Treat all participants with kindness and respect.
Maintain confidentiality of other members’ personal stories and questions.
Avoid spamming, self-promotion, or offensive behaviour.
Acknowledge that breaches of these guidelines may result in removal from the group without refund.

6. disclaimer of advice

All content, coaching, and resources are educational in nature and do not constitute financial, legal, or personal advice.
Sheona Beach is not acting as your financial adviser, mortgage broker, lawyer, or accountant.
Brisbane Home Buyers is not acting as your financial adviser, mortgage broker, lawyer, or accountant.
You are responsible for seeking independent professional advice tailored to your circumstances before making property or financial decisions.
While care has been taken to ensure accuracy at the time of delivery, laws, regulations, and market conditions may change. It is your responsibility to verify details with the relevant government authorities and advisers.

7. no guarantee of results

Brisbane Home Buyers does not guarantee that participation will result in purchasing a home, securing finance, saving money, or achieving any specific outcome. Your results depend on your personal effort, decisions, and circumstances.

8. client responsibilities

You remain fully responsible for your own property buying decisions.
You agree to complete your own due diligence, including seeking advice from licensed financial, legal, or property professionals.
You accept that all decisions made during or after the program are your own.

9. privacy & confidentiality

Brisbane Home Buyers complies with Australian privacy laws in handling your personal information.
Coaching sessions are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
Group sessions may be recorded for the benefit of members. By participating, you consent to your image and/or voice being recorded.

10. limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brisbane Home Buyers, The Clever Home Buyer Program, and Sheona Beach are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your participation in the program, coaching, or use of materials.
Liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the program fee where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights.

11. governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

Acceptance

By enrolling in The Clever Home Buyer Program or coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
